Why am I not seeing my mission? 

Before a mission appears in a dungeon, you need to accept it through the Job List in the menu. If it's an escort mission, make sure you have an open slot in your team for the escort.

How do I increase my bag/storage? 

Complete missions to earn points and rank up, eventually expanding your storage and bag space.

Is there a way to sort storage/assembly/bag? 

Storage can be manually sorted by taking items out and putting them back in the order you want. Assembly can't be sorted, but you can manually arrange the bag by dragging and dropping items.
