Rare Pokemon Cards

Rare Pokemon cards are usually determined how old the cards are the amount printed and whether they are a misprint or not. There are many factors which make rare Pokemon cards valuable but one of the biggest is the edition of the cards. The first edition cards are a limited time release which marks the start of the expansion coming out. The unlimited set is the set that does not have a set number of print meaning that the cards are not as rare as the first edition set. The unlimited version is also used in the Pokemon tournaments unlike the first edition ones which are ment to be more special collectors edition versions of the cards.

Most websites do not provide information about rare Pokemon cards and what the value of the cards are but I will be making lists of the rare cards and provide some sort of price guide so that you can be better informed when you go to buy pokemon cards. One thing to keep in mind the price of rare Pokemon cards will only be as high as the demand for the cards if there is no collector looking for it you will not be able to buy it.
